Rental Period:The maximum rental period for the property is 30 days from the date of delivery and installation of the Christmas tree.

Delivery and Pickup:Delivery and dismantling are included in the price for clients within Phuket. For locations outside of Phuket, the cost will be calculated separately.
3.
Deposit for Damage:The deposit is 20% of the rental cost. After the installation of the tree and decorations, photo and video documentation of the installed property will be conducted. At the end of the rental period, the decorations must be returned in the same condition. In case of damage, the cost of repairs will be deducted from the deposit or paid additionally if it exceeds the deposit.

Client Responsibility: •
Preservation of Property: The client must handle the rented tree and decorations with care, keeping them intact and functional. Using the tree and decorations for unintended purposes or exposing them to aggressive factors such as open flames, high humidity, or chemicals is prohibited.

Damage and Loss: The client is financially responsible for any damage, deterioration, or loss of the property. Compensation for damages will be deducted from the deposit or paid additionally if it exceeds the deposit amount.

Indoor Use: The tree is intended for indoor use only, and the client must comply with this requirement. Placing the tree outside is only allowed with the permission of the rental and installation company. Only the property initially designated for outdoor use by the company is permitted outside.

Return of Property: The client must provide access for the dismantling and removal of the tree and other rented decor at the agreed time. A penalty of 3% of the total cost will be charged for each day of delay in returning the property.

Notification of Damage: The client must immediately inform the company of any damage for assessment and action.
5.
Company Guarantees:The company guarantees the agreement on the decor and tree composition with the client before delivery. We ensure timely installation and dismantling within the agreed terms. If the client discovers defects in the decorations or tree after installation, they must notify us within 48 hours for indoor items. The guarantee for outdoor lighting is valid for 72 hours. If defects are found within the specified time, the company will rectify them free of charge.
6.
Payment:Rental payment is made in full upfront, including the deposit. The deposit will be returned on the day of dismantling and inspection of the property condition.
7.
Cancellation and Order Changes: • If the order is canceled 30 days or more before the delivery and installation date, a full refund is possible.
• If the order is canceled 25-30 days in advance, 50% of the amount will be retained.
- • If canceled less than 25 days before, the payment is non-refundable.
